Hi folks,

I’ve been receiving a non-dismissible error warning “Attention, Cold Weather. Soil was Frozen”. It’s been present for several weeks and I thought it was due to the fallout from the recent Cloud updates, but it’s persisted. Can you look into what’s causing this and advise how I can remove these warnings? I greased all my o-rings before reinstalling my droplets in the ground in mid-March.

Affected units are: 334MHW, 334JTQ, 337RPF, and 337EAT

Thanks!

Hi @Scythe ,

Sorry for the late response. The engineers are currently working on this, and status updates can be found [here](https://geodrops.discourse.group/t/geodrops-cloud-spring-2026-release-tracker/324/2).
