On this sensor (and maybe my others) I’m trying to understand what my data is telling me. One thing that confuses me is why is the top chart of the relationship between showing RAW Moisture above Real Moisture when, in each individual chart the reading is reverse. Are both correct and I just don’t understand them?

Hi @ebelew,

Thank you for your observation. **Real Moisture** is the final reading produced after GeoDrops AI processes the **RAW** moisture data. Because of this processing, the relative positioning of these metrics on the chart can vary.

We are currently developing a comprehensive guide that will explain these data relationships and metrics in greater detail. Please stay tuned for that release.

I hold my questions until the updated explanation comes out.

Hi @ebelew - Sorry for the slow reply. I love how you’re a very active GeoDrops user. Please keep your questions and comments coming! 🙂

And sorry the updated User Guide is taking us a while to publish (we’re juggling too many balls and context switching too much. Spring is a super busy season for all of us!!)

For now, I’m going to post the answer to your question in the other thread that you’ve started here instead: [Soil Moisture Relationship with GeoDrops](https://geodrops.discourse.group/t/soil-moisture-relationship-with-geodrops/304)

Thanks,
Lawrence
