Shipping - Why USPS?

I just ordered e few Drops and noticed that you are shipping via USPS. This takes a lot longer and there are other problems when USPS is being used. My question is, why don’t you use UPS or FedEx ? I would have been happy to pay if I had the option. If you insist on using USPS for some reason, I suggest that you add a shipping option to your ordering process.

I appreciate the feedback. We use USPS as our default to balance cost and reliability for most customers, but I have already updated our checkout to include UPS and FedEx as paid options.

Since our next shipment is not until Tuesday, I am happy to cancel your current order so you can reorder with your preferred carrier. Please let me know if you would like me to process that cancellation for you now.

You are all set to place your new order with your preferred shipping carrier whenever you are ready. Most banks take a few business days to show the credit on your statement, but you can head to the checkout now to get the new shipment scheduled for Tuesday.

My order just arrived and there are only 4 x Drops and not the 5 x Drops I paid for. I am attaching a picture of the order that just arrived. You will see that there are only 4 x Drops in the box and that it is impossible to get a fifth one into the same box.
Please correct this and let me know when you are sending the fifth Drop.

Thank you for reaching out. First, I want to reassure you that your photos actually came through perfectly on our end, so thank you for providing that level of detail.

You are exactly right. Our standard packaging is designed for 4 units, and we clearly missed the 5th unit during fulfillment for your order. I am getting that remaining Drop processed for shipment today and will follow up via email with your tracking information once it is live in the system.

Regarding your post here, you made the right call. We monitor this forum much more closely than our general email to ensure our community gets direct support.
