Soil AI reading red meaning disbaled

Hello. I received my droplet a few days ago and set it up. For the last 2 days the AI has been showing red. Is thus normal and of not how do I fix this so I’m in green. Thanks.

Check that page, it may be asking you to calibrate the sensor. Follow the instructions after you click that recommendation button.
