Current Known Issues:
We are currently working through the following items. Our top priority is restoring Alerts and Notifications.
- [Major] Alerts & Notifications Systems: Currently disabled while we finalize data display syncs – [Top Priority] Fixed Apr 14
- [Major] GeoDrops Public Dashboard: Access to the Public Dashboard is temporarily disabled until the above bugs are resolved – Fixed Apr 12
- [Medium] AI Model Edge Cases: Approximately 2% of users may experience minor bugs related to the new AI soil physics model, such as anomalous moisture readings. Please note that this is extremely rare, and if in doubt, please file a Tech Support ticket. - Mostly Fixed Apr 15
- [Medium] Slow AI Learning: Initial AI learning and soil settling when first installing in soil is taking longer than before. This is a known regression in our AI software and we are in the process of fixing it.
- [Medium] Inaccurate Frozen Temperature: GeoDrops may show notifications of “frozen temperature” more aggressively than it should. This is a known issue with our AI model tuning and we are in the process of fixing it.
Future Roadmap & Documentation:
Once the current issues above are fully resolved, we will begin updating our user guides and documentation to cover areas such as:
- Understanding the difference between “Raw Moisture” vs. “Real Moisture”, and why “Real Moisture” is sometimes unavailable
- For advanced users who are writing Home Automation scripts against GeoDrops API, understanding all the new output fields
- Looking further ahead: Real-Time Re-learning of IRR Calibration (launching with Phase 2 App software).
