How many of you found damaged o-rings in your packaging?

We’ve recently become aware that some of you may have received O-rings that were damaged (like the cut one pictured below, as an example). This is a very rare occurrence and a regrettable escape from our usual quality control process. We pride ourselves on having one of the best quality control systems in the industry, but occasional issues can still happen.

We want to make this right and ensure we gather all necessary feedback to improve our factory quality control processes even further.
