New GeoDrop Feedback?

There seems to be a large and variable lag for the devices to update, and inconsistencies in last status update timestamp and last read from the device.

Thank you for your feedback. Regarding the inconsistent timestamp, we actually do have three separate update schedules. One for the device status which is about once every 6 hours; one for sensor data which is once every 3 hours and the third one is App last refreshed (pull down). The updating schedule can vary too based on whether if we think there are important information to update the server or whether something can be uploaded on a best effort basis. There is of course the possibility of bugs too. We understand that this can be confusing and is looking to improve the UI after we have finished all the essential features for irrigation controls.

I have checked your devices too. While there seems to be the occasional misses, it looks fine overall. Please let us know if you run into any big gap in terms of data update
