Poor reading and disabled after setting max moisture

I had 3 of my 4 sensors ask to set max moisture. I set them. I set them on my iPad and then latter looked at them on my iPhone and 2 showed needing to set max moisture (again), so I set max moisture on those 2 (again)

Now all 3 show disabled and “poor reading”. What is next?

All 3 are ready correctly now. This must be part of the process. One is still in training.

Hi @ebelew ,

I’m not sure when you installed the units. It does take a while for the soil to settle. The installation quality would determine whether the process can avoid certain delays (hence why the app tells you to reinstall if it’s too problematic). I believe you will just have to wait until the readings stabilize or the app notifies you to reinstall or recalibrate.

As we gain more training data and the model improves, we will be able to course correct faster with fewer interventions on your part.

Installed on 11/25. All sensors now reading “Normal”
