We discovered a service outage at round July 1st 2025 21:00 UTC (17:00 EST). The problem was resolved by July 2nd 2025 17:00 UTC (13:00 EST).
The historic moisture and battery usage graph was inaccessible during that period. This was caused by a cascading issue introduced by our recent major cloud update, compounded by the failure being discovered during a public holiday (Canada Day) at our Canadian office.
