Moister Inconsistency

I keep getting moister inconsistency on one device. I have checked the o ring lubricated it and still get the error weeks later. The battery compartment show no sign of water intrusions.

First time was about 6 weeks ago and then send time was this Sunday.

For this device, we think it maybe easier to wait for our release of the AI update as it contains many fixes that should hopefully resolve your issue which at the moment looks like a calibration problem on our end. The release should be coming within this or next week. Please stay tuned.

Apologies for the delay. We have finally updated our backend cloud services a week ago. On our end it does seem like functioning normally. Please let us know if you are still seeing issues on your end

Just found out that this wasn’t closed off properly. Multiple updates have been pushed since then. I wanted to reach out to see if it ended up working properly before closing off this thread.
