Outage
The status notifications and recommendations are still currently disabled
Cause
The integration with latest update to the AI soil model is still being smoothed out. To prevent users from seeing potentially erroneous or confusing notifications, we have decided to temporarily disable the feature until we can verify the behaviour is stable across the fleet.
Effect on the user
- During this time the user will not see any notifications regarding the statuses of the devices, such as:
- low battery
- low/high temperatures
- device offline
- The user should still be able to see the current statuses of the device under the Info screen of the App
- When users install or move their devices, there will be no notifications for situations such as:
- when the progress of AI-learning
- when the user should Set Max Moisture value
- If the device is installed properly or the soil is still loose and may require a re-install
Resolution
We are still resolving the issue and will enable the notification service by categories. We will keep posting updates as we move forward.
