Hi…one of my drops (3359LP) has yet to clear the training phase and I’ve received an alert that it’s taking unusually longer
It’s shows AI IN TRAINING and says roughly 3 days of steady dry weather is needed…unfortunately for the training phase we’re finally getting rain every other or every few days
Should I just remain patient and hope the training completes or at what point should I opt to move the drop to a close but different area while choosing the “move” mode ?

I may have jinxed myself because now a 2nd drop (337PUU) which was working fine and finished its training phase is now reporting the same AI IN TRAINING with the red alert
Both drops do not allow for “set max moisture”
The 2nd drop noted above was working fine and finished its training phase as well allowed the “set max moisture” but now it’s greyed out

Good to hear. Please refer to 3.2.1 on 🔧 Essential Setup, Usage & Maintenance Tips.
Also, since it’s raining, please also take the opportunity to “Set Max Moisture” (see 3.2.6 of the same document).

I went ahead and moved the drop and restarted the training

Fair enough. In general, unless prompted by the app, it’s usually better to leave the sensors intact so that you don’t have to restart training by relocating. We would want you to benefit from GeoDrops sooner rather than later.
Please keep us posted, and I’ll close this thread for if this is resolved for now.

So yesterday I was having trouble locating my drop (3359LP) that I wanted to move so I chose find my device to illuminate the LED which worked great…however now the light keeps flashing 16hrs later and the drop is stuck in find my device mode (see screenshot)
Is there a way to release this find my device mode ?

We will take a closer look at this on Monday. However, as we’re launching a software update right now, there is a chance that the problem will be solved by the time it’s released. I or one of the engineers will keep you posted.

The drop came back online a couple days ago which is great
In the overview page, it says “Moisture Data Missing” but I will remain patient and hopeful this changes
When I open the page it shows a reading in the upper right for yesterday and today which is why I remain hopeful
In the interim I will continue to watch it, let me know if you need me to do anything more

Apologies in the delay in getting back to you. For the “Moisture Data Missing” messages, on the surface it looks similar to the discussion on another thread: One drop just went blank - #18 by piratemonkey
Please leave your sensors intact as I expect the numbers to start showing up in a few days, along with new instructions as they arise.

Hi…quick update, my drop located in the middle lawn finished AI Training and sent me a notification to set the max moisture which worked perfectly
