Hi, does anyone know why my sensor switched from training to disabled?

I believe “training” means it’s learning your soil. It’s finished that and now it wants you to “Set max moisture” At least that’s what happened with mine when I first set it up.

Click on the “recommendations:1” it’ll tell you what you need to do next.

After I set the sensor to maximum moisture, it started working normally again. How often do the readings update?

Apologies for the delayed response. The sensors update approximately every 3 hours or so.

In the meantime, we have looked at your sensor. The installation quality doesn’t appear to be optimal. Would you mind adding more water to see if it improves? If it doesn’t improve, would you mind relocating the unit?
