It takes 15-20 seconds for the app to open and load data. (Average is right about 18 seconds). That seems too long, compared with other phone apps that I use. Will this get better/faster, or should I just accept the slow load time?

Thanks for flagging this.
We’re aware that current app loading time is not optimal. While improving this is important to us, right now during our soft launch, our main goal is to make sure the app works reliably and all its basic features are solid.
To truly fix this, we need to completely rebuild how our system stores information, which we anticipate taking a few months to fully implement.
