I’ll flag the engineering team on this. On that note, for the device encountering this problem, can you include the screenshots of the Wi-Fi signal strength? (see screenshots of capturing such screenshot below)
On a second note, you have provided the serial numbers already, and that should be enough for the engineering team to investigate further. I have already filed this internally, and another response will be posted as soon as more details are available.
I have reviewed your device. It does seem to have some occasional misses, but over all it is functioning normally and everything is up to date. GeoDrops update with the server every 3 hours for data and 6 hours for other status. Please let us know if you see any more issues.
Does your wifi network use repeaters or extenders? Sometimes that seems to causes occasional connection misses.
Yes I do use a repeater, I have an Asus router and Asus repeater. Oddly the device closest had the worst results. I have one a static IP as a random test so I could monitor it easier and since then I haven’t noticed it go beyond your guidance.
