Why does the app recommend I turn on bluetooth everytime I open the app? I dont believe it is neccesary, or is it?

I believe the bluetooth is only necessary during initial setup. Can you share the screenshots the next time when it appears?

Every time I open the app, I get this same popup to turn on bluetooth. In addition it shows my soil 99-100% moisture which is in fact false as I have a professional irrometer installed in the same location.
My SN is 3353K8

Not too impressed with this meter so far for a a group of lawn enthusiasts. (1) Shows moisture at 100% at all levels while the turf is wilting (2) Tells me everyday that its Learning my soil profile for the first time (3) Asks me to turn on bluetooth everytime the app is opened (4) Well manicured turf soil doesnt need to “Settle” if installed correctly (4) The customer service could respond quicker, especially during an initial launch when everyone interested in soil moisture monitoring is watching.

With regards to the soil profile learning, our engineering team is reviewing this. As for the bluetooth, we’re reviewing whether this behavior is related to the app or device settings, and we’ll share updates as soon as we have them.

Moisture Readings
Regarding the 100% moisture reading, our AI is still in its calibration phase learning your specific soil profile. Depending on the soil type and how tightly the sensor is installed, this process can take up to two weeks to finish.
Our team will take a closer look at your data to see what’s going on, and we’ll be in touch with an update shortly.
App Notifications
You’re correct that the notification should not appear every day. Also, you can ignore the Bluetooth prompt once your device is successfully added. Both of these are known software bugs on our end and our dev team is already working on a fix that we’ll include in the next software release.
