My Geodrop has not sent data back

My Geodrop has not sent data back in ages and is also not shown battery life capacity . I replaced the batteries and reset and moved device, but problem still happening. Why is this happening?

It looks like there is some issue with the device HW. Can you take the device out and see if it has any moisture damage or build up inside the battery compartment? Please follow the same instructions for O-ring maintenance when you take the device out. It would be helpful if you take a photo of the interior of the battery compartment for us

Sorry for the late response. We have been quite busy trying to push out releases. I saw your photos and the device looks okay. There is something wrong with the battery readings but the device is otherwise functional and getting good readings. Please continue using the device as it is right now. I will check with my colleagues how to go about fixing the issue.

Why I’m I getting critical low battery, when new batteries are only put in a month ago and no data sensor readings for long time showing on the app. Something is not right with the device, can you just please replace it for me. Thanks.
