No Moisture Data Displayed in App

I just opened my GeoDrops app to check moisture content to determine if I should run irrigation system, and there is no current or historical moisture data being displayed on any of my seven devices that I have in service. Is this related to the notification I received about the Phase 1 AI update, or do I have another issue? Devices: 337CYU, 335WFW, 336B7Q, 3353U9, 3358FD, 334K6P, 334RQJ

We are having a partial outage with the cloud services right now and some devices will not be able to access moisture data and historical data. We are working on the issue. Please stay tuned for an update
