Sensor Quality "0"

About 4 days ago all (4) of my sensors show 0 quality on the public web app. Is this normal?

Hi @ebelew,

Please refer to the app’s explanation of the soil sensor reading quality, as the app is reading from the same data as the public dashboard. I have included a screenshot on how to accomplish this here.

I understand your images. All mine read normal at all depths. My questions on the data on my sensors on the site. But looking at more sensors and most everybody’s does this.

Hi -
The poor sensor quality at the beginning of a new install (or whenever you click on “re-learn soil profile” or “move device”) is when the GeoDrops Cloud AI is detecting and waiting for the soil to settle initially. While the soil is still settling, it outputs “poor sensor quality”, since the sensor probes are not yet in full contact with the soil.

So in my example, when the sensor quality is at 100% after the install/move means the sensor AI is “learning and waiting” on the soil to settle and when the sensor quality goes to 0% then the soil has settled? Now that my sensor quality is 0% my soil has settled.

Ah, my bad, and thanks for bringing this to my attention! It’s supposed to say “Poor Sensor Quality”, I have just updated the dashboard text. This means 1 (100%) means it’s poor quality reading, and 0 (0%) if it’s good quality reading.
