- Thanks for catching a bug for us!

- After some investigation, your device triggered a very unusual bug in our AI model internal parameter. You’re correct the soil moisture should only be changing from “very wet” to “wet” from day to day. I’ll provide an ETA soon on when this bug would be fixed!

Just want to give you an update on this bug. It’s taking us longer to fix than expected. We recommend clicking on “Re-Learn Soil Profile”.
In the meantime, do NOT remove the device or reinstall the device. Just clicking on that button would be enough.
